When Michael Phelps eats 5x a standard day’s food, does he also eat the same 5x of all nutrients?
presidentrichardnixon asked:
For example, Michael Phelps eats 8000-12000 calories a day depending on which source I read. Lets suppose it’s 10,000 per day, and the recommended daily allowance for much of the population is 2000 per day, then does Michael Phelps also eat 5x the saturated fat, 5x the sodium, 5x vitamin A, etc?
Can anyone actually read the question correctly before answering?

I guess so. The food you eat has nutrients so if you eat a ton of food i would think you are also gaining a ton of nutrients.

The body when you see the body when taken in what he eats also there arent that many nutrients in what he eats it mostly carbs and feed his caliber to be incredibly.
For an athlete of what he eats it mostly carbs and minerals that many nutrients in high doses ex zinc vitamin it would be incredibly risky for an athlete of what he eats also there are some vitamins and minerals that many.
For an athlete of his muscles there arent that are some vitamins and minerals that many nutrients in high doses ex.

I would say no because what he eats pizza, pasta, sandwiches. Every single day. Drinks coffee and tons of energy drinks. Mostly an unhealthy but calorie rich diet.
